    Online Athletic Paperwork Instructions

We would like to thank you for taking part in our process for collecting athletic participation forms. This automated process will allow us to be more efficient in collecting the required forms while conserving valuable resources. Physicals must be turned in by hand or with a legible picture or scan and sent to my email address (ryan.williams@jarrellisd.org). All UIL/District forms must be submitted electronically through RankOne.com

Jarrell ISD requires EVERYONE to have an annual physical exam prior to participation in any tryouts, practice, scrimmage or contest before, during or after school, including the athletic period. The physical form must be a current form with 2020 on the right-hand corner. The physical form is posted on the Jarrell ISD website under the athletic participation forms link.

What your child needs to participate in Athletics:

    ● Physical-everyone must have a current physical

    ○ Physical can be turned in to Athletic Trainer or Coach or emailed in ● Rank One Forms - must be completed online
