In December 2022, Zonda Education released a new demographer report for Jarrell ISD. The third quarter report continues to show the district is experiencing historic growth. Though it's slowing down as housing costs and interest rates increase. 
However, the district is still on track to have more than seven thousand students in the next 3-5 years.
