"Daniella Ogundare is the right person to lead Jarrell Middle School. She has an impeccable track record that began as a lunchroom monitor. She's held every position possible in a school setting. That insight and experience is invaluable. Our students, parents, and staff will greatly benefit," said Superintendent Dr. Toni Hicks.

With 16 years of experience, Ms. Ogundare has spent her career as an instructional leader with a passion for building relationships, collaborating and creating systems that support the success of all students.  She has served as a middle school math teacher, a volleyball and basketball coach, an instructional coach, a high school assistant principal, and a high school associate principal.

"I am honored to join the Jarrell Middle School team and be a part of the Jarrell ISD family. So much of my career has been at the middle school level. It's a phenomenal age to teach, guide, and nurture students toward becoming successful adults. I look forward to partnering with the staff and our families to encourage students to explore their interests and support academic growth. I can't wait to get started," Ms. Ogundare said.

Daniella Ogundare earned her bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University and a master's degree from Lamar University. Ms. Ogundare will join Jarrell ISD in June.
