Facility Rentals and Guidelines

Our facilities are available to rent to organizations according to campus events and staff availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests but may be limited at times. We appreciate your understanding. Please see links below for the registration process, rules and guidelines, and fee schedule. 

The Jarrell Independent School District Board of Trustees welcomes public use of school facilities for educational, recreational, civic or social activities, when these activities do not conflict with school use or with local or state laws or regulations, and in accordance with Board Policy and District Procedures - policy GKD (LEGAL) and GKD (LOCAL).

Requests for non-school use of district facilities shall be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Academic and extracurricular activities sponsored by the district shall always have priority.

The superintendent or designee shall have authority to cancel a scheduled non-school use if an unexpected conflict arises with a district activity. If you have questions, contact the district's Chief Financial Officer, Robert Navarro
