PreKindergarten

The PreKindergarten enrollment process includes several steps, which are listed below. 

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE QUALIFICATION APPLICATION

Use the links below to download a copy of the PreKindergarten Qualification Application. Students must be 4 years of age by September 1 and meet one of the qualifications listed on the form to enroll in PreKindergarten.

STEP 2: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Click the link below to make an appointment online or use the contact information on this page to contact the campus registrar.

Be sure to bring ALL of the following to your appointment:

  • COMPLETED PREKINDERGARTEN QUALIFICATION APPLICATION
  • Valid Photo ID of the person enrolling the student
  • Original Birth Certificate for the student
  • Original Social Security card for the student
  • Current Proof of Residency (current lease agreement, utility bill, water bill, etc.)
  • Complete Immunization Record for the student
  • Legal Documentation (custody agreement, personal protective order, etc.)
