Earlier this summer, Jarrell ISD sent students to the National FCCLA competition in Anaheim, California.
The district was well-represented at the prestigious event. Winning Gold: Conner Kammlah and James Wright (Entrepreneurship). Earning Silver: Koren Shannon (Promote and Publicize); Isabella Carlisle (Say Yes to FCS); and Haley Taber and Parker Fitzner (Sports Nutrition).
Kammlah and Wright were also honored as a National First Place Team for their event. They beat out approximately 100 teams from all over the US with a perfect score.
