November 12, 2025 Meeting

The Attendance Zone Committee convened for its first meeting on November 12.

The session began with a welcome and introductions, followed by a presentation on the State of the District, which included a review of the demographic report and current enrollment trends.

The committee then received an overview of its purpose and responsibilities, establishing a shared understanding of the process and objectives guiding the attendance zone review.

Additionally, the committee engaged in the following activities identified as the "Meeting Work":

  • Reviewed community survey input related to attendance zones (There was no input at the time of the meeting.)
  • Confirmed parameters for evaluating and developing potential attendance zone options
  • Identified the top two preliminary options for further study and refinement

Following the meeting, the public feedback form was reposted on social media, inviting community input on elementary attendance zones. The survey prompt reads: “In relation to elementary attendance zones, what input, suggestions, requests, or concerns do you have that you would like us to consider?"

Next Steps:

  • Using the feedback from last night's meeting and input from the community, the district will continue to collaborate with Zonda Demographics.
  • Updates will be sent periodically.
