Agendas and Meeting Information
Regular board meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the 1916 Building at 504 N. 5th Street, Jarrell. For dates and times of other board meetings, check the minutes and agendas link below. Occasionally, regular meetings are conducted on an alternate Wednesday. Check the online calendar for special board meeting dates and times.
Audience participation at a Board meeting is limited to the designated public comment portion of the meeting. The presiding officer or designee shall determine whether a person addressing the Board has attempted to resolve a matter administratively through policy-established resolution channels. If not, the person shall be referred to the appropriate policy (see list below) to seek resolution:
- Employee complaints: DGBA
- Student or parent complaints: FNG
- Public complaints: GF
