They received a rating of “Superior”, the highest rating possible, and won a trophy for their performance. After the band contest, the students went to Schlitterbahn waterpark where they spent the rest of the day along with their fellow musicians from the Middle School Band. At the end of the day, an awards ceremony was held, and it was announced that Jarrell was picked by the judges as the top Band in the beginners class, earning them the “Best in Class” trophy!
